Fun at Facebook Part 1

Recently, I attended a Nokia N97 seminar and the way they market that "lousy" phone is equivalent to "this is the facebook phone. if u like-facebook, get-this phone". Then and there, I think Facebook is really overrated. Nokia is actually parasitizing Facebook's popularity to boost up their phone sales - but then again, this is the marketing technic - follow the trend. (*Sorry, I am an anti-nokia person and ironically, I am actually using nokia now*)

Facebook is really overated but I got to express my gratitude to whoever created Facebook. Since signing up around September 2007, Facebook has change a lot with applications like fluffly pet, superlatives and many others to the current ones they have which is pretty interesting that has been my daily dosage to keep me sane last month.

Take today for example, I spend whole day playing Hell's Kitchen (will talk bout this later) and then i stumble upon my friend's quiz result on my news wall. 

I am not lying and this is not a photo manipulation with photoshop. Seriously they have this quiz: "What type of underwear are you?" I laugh out so loud that my mom thought i just had a hysteria medication or something. 

Since I am toooooo free, and out of curiosity what kind of questions they will ask and what I will get, I decide to try it out and guess what... I AM 6-PACK PANTIES!!!

"You are as unpredictable as your underwear". ROFL! 

I think the result is quite true about me in a way cause I do try to live my life to the fullest in every aspect and I can be serious whenever i need to be and can be really crazy when I want. Do I really have 6 types of panties?  :P

Seriously.... i am sick of multiply now... wrote quite a lengthy rants there and only have it to be deleted away. WTH!!!

Photographing the Kids

I really miss my gear and photography a lot! So when I went back last week for a day, I just can't help but to shoot as much as I can and when the kids came to visit, I had my time shooting them. :D

 

The Malaysian Coke Side of Life

Finally I finish my web design 2 final assignment!! That means I am done with Year 2!!! 

WOOHOOO!!

Time really flies. It was as if it was just yesterday that I first step into this university and in just a blink of an eye, I finish my 2nd year of my bachelor programme. :D 

Let's pray I don't fail any of my subject this semester and that means I still have 1 more year to go before I graduate for the second time!

Anyway, here are the print screen of my website. I am not really happy with the whole design but then again, with the time given and the limited ActionScript knowledge, I am just happy that it is done now. The requirements for this assignment is to create a website for a product that incorporates batik designs into it. So I've decide to create a Malaysian coke side of story with some international and a touch of local content and influence. Feedback appreciated.

OGFA?

They say, "TGIF!" (Thank God, It's Friday!) and I say, "OGFA?" (OH GOD! Friday already?)

I have not been a big fan of Fridays for the pass few weeks. (You'll know why if you have been a vivid visitor to my blog if you aren't, just read my previous posts =P). 

According to the schedule, this should be my last Friday of torture and next Friday will be a ROCKING Friday!!! I'll tell you all about it next week :D

Back to my "creativity" life .... I had a week of torture - sitting in front of my 22" LCD working on my 3D character modelling not to mention the sleepless nights and how many times i screw up and have to redo the whole thing all over again. Seriously.... its not a walk in the park, its a trip to hell and back for me, but despite all that, I did enjoy the whole experience and gain a lot of knowledge through self exploration and trial and error! That's the most important part right? Enjoy what you do. The process might be a hard work, but the end results are all that matter to put a smile back to all the stress and pressure. 

So here are the pictures of my alien-head-ChunLi to share. Pardon me for the screwed up face. other than that hope you like it:

So after 7 days of non-stop 3d-ing marathon and my sleepless nights, I went to take a nap just now and I dreamt about my 3D ChunLi! WTH right? I am actually dreaming about it! ahahhaha this is what i call - POSSESSED!
