26th August 2006 - Once in a lifetime
Once in a lifetime..... u will only be 21 ONCE. u will only celebrate your 21st birthday ONCE.
26th August 2006, a date i am going to remember my whole entire life. Firstly, it was bcos it's my first degree graduation ceremony. Secondly it was because of my grand, grand birthday party (and graduation party) that my family has organised for me. i am so happy that all my close friends (althought not all) and family were there to celebrate my 21st with me. although its not my real birthday on that day, i am indeed satisfied and grateful to everyone especially my family who went through the trouble to make the day an unforgettable day in my entire life.
Graduation - after 3 yrs of hard work.. and a tiring 1 yr during degree, finally the whole batch of us are graduating. The whole event makes me think back and reflects what has really happen for the last 3 yrs, the friends that i've made along the way.. and all the classes that we've skipped, the lecturers we hate and gossip about and many many other events - both sad and happy. i remember those late nights that i've stayed up just to complete a report.. the time wasted chatting with each other online (especially when i was chatting with juli and crapping with seifer).. or the time when the stress level is so high that the whole gang decide to play Gunz (online game) to release the pressure and stress that's getting on us. Guess its something to keep us sane that time... i guesss... All the hardwork that we went through are repaid during our graduation ceremony. Hope my parents and grandmother who are there that day on the auspicious event are happy and at the same time proud of me. hopefully there's a second graduation they are goin to attend. if there is a second one, that means... i have endured the next 4 yrs of education in Cyberjaya.
Conclusion... i can't ask for more. I am very thankful to god for giving such a wonderful day. I would like to thank my family and friends that make my day an unforgettable one... THANK YOU

First day at Singapore
my day started kinda late in the morning. had brunch at long john ... (bla bla) and then took a free shuttle from suntec city and proceed to city hall where we took mrt to continue our journey to sentosa island. everything at the island is superb. meet 2 singapore actors which i know through singapore drama n movies. unfortunately bcos we were rushing to board the tour-guide trip to underwater world, i couldn't take any pics with any of them. time werent suffucient but we did make full use of all the time available. from underwater world, we went to dolpin lagoon where we had a very entertaning dolphin show. then we continue our tour at the island to cinemania. it sounded interestng...3D, thrilling, exciting ride.... blah but its so fake n "un-thrilling" as i thought it would be. but i have to giv credits to the designer of the second ride's graphics as i realli like the bedroom concept. Conclusion, CINEMANIA sucks!
next we went to sentosa luge where we had 3 trips each.(refer to pic) it is fun but it is costly as well. for those of u who r looking for a speedy ride downhill, then luge it is. no rules, no summons, no traffic lights .. just speed.
next we proceed to the musical fountain. the magic of the dancing fountain and the laser n choreography of the water dancing in the show is simply marvelous and magnificient. it shows how advance singapore are at the moment compare to .... (better not mention). the musical show was a much improved one compare to my last visit to Sentosa Island. There's fire, there's water..there's animation too. Heard that they gonna move the musical fountain to another place, so.. those of u who hav not watch the musical fountain show b4, grab ur tickets fast b4 the place is transform into a casino.
next day....
went window-shopping the whole day... okie.. lets change the statement.... "Went shopping the whole day". bought a few stuff.... clothes.. accesories.. then we had a sushi buffet lunch-tea at a japanese restaurant at one of the mall at Suntec-Raffles area. (that place is confusing.. cos they have several malls linked together..i dunno which is which). then around 6pm, we check out from Pan-Pacific Hotel to Marriott Hotel at ORCHARD ROAD! yea the famous Orchard Road - the shopping heaven. Had dinner at a chinese restaurant which is very famous for its specialty in dishes such as siew-long-pau, chilled-steam-chicken, golden fried rice and many others. n the highligh of the day, is none other than my GMAX ride at Clarke Quay.
the best ever thrilling rides i ever had. its superb, it is fun, its a reverse bungee, but it is EXPENSIVE! watch the video.
to be continue..... more picstures soon.
